It’s a Saturday afternoon at Park Street station in Boston, one of the busiest T stations in the city, and 2/3 of the new Charlie Ticket machines are covered by handwritten “out of order” signs. Nice. And to make matters worse, the only one that is “in order” is the credit card machine.
